-We are unable to ship to PO Box, US territories or APO/FPO addresses due to shipping requirements.
We will use its best efforts to resolve our customer satisfaction issues in a timely manner. We will replace or credit any part of a gift arrangement deemed to be damaged or defective, however, credits will not be issued where subjective matters of taste and style are involved.
1. E-mail us (email@example.com) and request for a RMA and clearly state that you wish to return your merchandise. Instruction with the warehouse address will follow upon receiving your mail. This must be done within 7 days of receipt of your merchandise.
2. Repack your merchandise in the original packaging.
3. Once we have received returned merchandise, we will issue credit for the original purchase amount minus 20% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping and handling charges, and will not pay the freight back to us.
